Since 2004, Stratevista has been taking ‘the strategic view’ to better understand the changing needs of organisations and individuals and to support them in achieving improved performance.

At an organisational level, Stratevista has considerable experience of enhancing performance, by facilitating and improving:

  • the business strategy development process
  • pan-European and global communications
  • engagement, both of employees and customers
  • change management, that delivers expected benefits.

For individuals, Stratevista offers one-to-one performance coaching and leadership mentoring for managers and senior executives.

Kathryn Stott, founder of Stratevista, has over 20 years business experience and specialises in global communications and employee engagement. Kathryn speaks 4 languages and is qualified to Masters Level 7 with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as an executive coach and leadership mentor.

I help organisations and individuals along their journey to developing and implementing strategies that visibly work for them and where success is measurable. By putting people at the centre of performance improvement, they become more passionate, connected and effective in shifting thinking and behaviour. This leads to positive change, which people can understand, buy-in to and actively help deliver, so it’s win-win!
